This recipe has been a family favorite for some years, & honestly, it’s my favorite. It’s a soft cookie and tastes delicious.

UPDATE: I made it again & no one was home so I was able to get a photo of it being done. This time around I added chopped pecans, about 2 handfuls. Enjoy! Well, let me start off by saying, it was so good that I didn't even get a chance to take a picture of the finished product. So I assure you it was delicious, it lasted about an hour or so. Traders Joe's has started bringing in their Fall foods & I picked up the Pumpkin Bread & Muffin box. It's one of our favorites & so easy
